Hi, welcome, here is what i would do, got to a site like www.hobbycnc.com/
hit the links and start cruising the links. there is a lot to be learned.
another site for links www.artofcnc.ca/ home of master5cnc and mach1,2,3,4
there is a nice links section. do a search on the web for "homebuilt cnc"
will give you hours of stuff. cul brian f.
