Many thanks for your welcome.
Looking at Sheline.com on the face of it could be significantly more
expensive than MaxNC or Proxxon M70, but does seem to include a PC
(but these are REALLY cheap now). However one technical question
arises for a UK person (though I do visit California reasonable
often). Are these available in UK and is a 240V option available?
