Re: BDI-Live boot.img

Sorry to hear TNG is 'dead'. I just downloaded/installed it a few
days ago. I think it will still serve to let me evaluate EMC
though. I'll download BDI-Live tomorrow and try it on another
machine.

For those having problems with installs; I think someone has already
mentioned the CD drive itself can cause problems, I've also had
problems with other devices on the same IDE cable wreaking havok.
This includes other CD drives, ZIP drives etc. Also there are
situations where leaving the drives set on cable select does not
work and you must manually set master and slave.

It's also worth resetting your CMOS, either with the resst jumper or
by removing the battery. Doing a soft reset while in the CMOS
adjustment utility does not always work.

As always check for bios updates and chipset updates.
