You can try Userport.zip, it is a free device driver that will allow
Windows2000/XP access to system I/O ports. Also works for parallel
ports.

I didn't write the program but have used it for a few years now.
Very usefull since I have a bunch of very old Quickbasic programs
that uses the "OUT" "INP" command. Since this is a low level driver,
please read install instructions carefully. The driver can mess up
your pc if used wrong.
