I was my first time in Dallas - some years ago - and was very happy
to have a good taste of some world famous T-Bone.
Beside a strong fight to have it really "rear" coocked (I love that
kind of "bloody" beef) I was so disappointed becouse the strange
taste always present in it (kind of back-taste).
Finally, one evening I was sitting at one steak-house in the very
down-town of Dallas, and my table was close to the open-view
grill ... and when the chief used that clear liquid on the charcoal
I immediately recognized the strange taste ... I was eating petrol-
flavored T-Bones ... whow, both of the most famous products from
Texas at the price of one.
:-)
well, now I will finally have a chance to use it for better purposes
than eating it on my beef.
(I was just kidding of course, but the story is true ...)
Thanks again for your kind help.
Have a nice day
