First question has to be, are these indicated feed rates or actual measured
feed rates?
If you program in a cut of 45 degrees at this feed rate and this error
shows, then a check
on the angle cut should show as NOT 45 degrees, indicating a disparity
between
the total drive ratio of the two axis which would give us a starting point.
The more info the better chance of an answer as this could be the result of
mechanical,
electrical and or electronic problem.
