quarter arcs, then 2 diagonal arcs will look more like a peek and the
oposite ones will be very narrow arcs, but not at all a radius. Only the
start and end points are on spot. If you indicate an 45 angle it might
make a 50° angle and go the rest straight to the indicated endpoint.

On those machines you had to take a osciloscope and tune all 3 trigger
waves to the same amount.

indication and real world. Start checking what is right. I even had glas
scales indicating wrong and had to tune them first. Not allways new
equipment is right. check frequency indication for the power surplies. I
have one timer that is exact 20% off because of its design 50Hz while I
run it on 60Hz.
