When I plasma cut a part that was 10mm thick. One lot of sides of the part
had beautiful cut edges. The other sides which the x axis cut were a lot
rougher than the y axis cut edges.
This pretty much makes me believe that the DRO might be giving a correct
reading.
I will put a pen in the machine tomorrow and draw a couple of 45'ers and see
how they go.
The motors step rate's etc have all been tuned good.
