If you're using Mach3 then that is already your controller :)

You need servo motors and servo drives with step/dir input (I assume
this is the output you use from Mach3).

Leaving out expensive industrial drives (Sanyo etc.) the hobby servo
drives I know of that accept step/dir signals are geckodrive
(www.geckodrive.com), rutex (www.rutex.com), and CNC teknix
(www.cncteknix.com)

All of these are for DC brush servos. There aren't many hobby budget AC
servo controllers, but many people are working on prototypes, so maybe
they'll be available soon...
