Thanks, I should have thought of Sobel's. I've talked to him before,
sorta suspect he's not the type to go take something apart, but worth a
call. BTW, it's a belt changer, not VS. I'd be surprised if I can't get
the bearings next day from MSC, but I can't afford the 2-3 days right
now to have the machine down. I really think all I need is the upper
housing which carries the spindle side pulley. If I could get the lower
casting also which carries the back gear, that might be helpful but
since I don't need backgear with the inverter, it might not be worth the
added cost, assuming I can find one....
