Sounds like you want to build one....what not rig up a shop air impact wrench? Will a bit of thought, this shouldn't be to difficult.

I have two types of power drawbar.
One is the impact type but in this case it's an Ingersol Rand 110v
electric one energised by an air clutch.
The second it a more profession one and is an air over hydraulic
system that presses down on a Bellvile spring assembly.
