Hi Peter:
I see your problem. You are using AOL. If i had anything nice to
say about AOL i would, but is nearly impossable. Best advice i can
give is try to bypass there front end.
Hopefully you have internet explorer on your computer version 4.0 or
higher. After you are booted up and you are on the net with your AOL
browser start internet explorer and use that. Your problems should
go away. At least thats what i have heard, no first hand knowledge.
