Blowing it off with shop air might be the first step. If that is not good
enough, a 50 -50 mixture of Iopropyl and denatured (ethyl) alcohol
is something i've used for cleaning electronics. I use this mostly
to remove soldering flux residue from sensitive circuitry, but it seems
to work well in general.
