Place the cursor at the beginning of the message. Use the scroll bar at the right of the screen & scroll to the bottom of the message. Hold down the Shift Key & Left Click. This will select all the contents of the text box. Ctrl-C to copy to clipboard. If Yahoo screws up again, then Ctrl-V to paste back into the text box.
