I can only visualize one way of getting truly square corners using a drill.
It would only work with holes of short length and of large size.
Offset the mill head angle.
Grind a drill point (or a milling cutter) to allow for this angular offset.
and install in the mill head.
Locate the point of the drill near where the square corner is supposed to be
and use the knee feed for feeding the drill thru the hole. The process needs
to be repeated numerous times as the cutter would not take the same chip
load as it does in conventional milling.
It isn't very practical and is very slow...but it would work.
I'm definitely NOT going to try it!
