NCF2002 a Homemade CNC Machine

Hi All,
Have you dreamed of building your own CNC machine? How about
one that can be built for under $125. Accurate to better than .005
and build with simple hand tools! Sounds impossible, don't it. The
secret is the machine is built out of STORE FRONT aluminum. This is
the channel that holds glass in a store window. Local glass companies
have 3 foot cutoff pieces laying around. A little coffee money their
way and they will load the car. Some threaded rod, some GAS pipe, a
few bearings, some 1/4" PVC, motors, and screws. The machine can be
built in one weekend. The perfect first machine! Stop dreaming!
