Gentlemen,
I can supply you with an assembled PCB to interface the Series 1 or 2 Boss
machines with the Ah Ha control from Artisan. The configuration takes one
connector from the old card cage, and uses the stepper driver already in the
Boss machine. In fact, I can provide the PCB, The Ah Ha control, manual,
pcb, hook up instructions and cable for $1200.
The only thing extra you need is a 37 pin breakout box from McMaster Carr,
and a pentium class pc.
This way you get a completed machine up and running very quickly, and a
robust control.
