Two professors at Eastern Michigan University wrote a book titled
"Mastercam." It is published by Scholars International. Overpriced but its
a better learning text than the stuff from CNC Software. The Mastercam
folks have gotten good at providing inadequate manuals, knowing there is
more profit in running training classes.
