It is called a DIAMOND toolholder and it is pretty neat but not cheap. It uses cheap HSS blanks and is so configured that you only
have to grind the face. A grinding fixture is supplied.
It can be used for facing, turning and OD threading.
They are about 100 bucks.
There is an ad for them every month in HSM
