Grinding HSS tool bits isn't really all that hard. They DON'T need to be
ground to high accuracy as everyone probably thinks....after all...the tool
posts are adjustable. For rough work I just grind the angles "to suit"
which might be way off "book" values, but for finish work I generally hone
the edges with a diamond file and round off the cutting point...and I still
don't need to maintain super critical angles.
