I don't really have much in the way of URLs. Possibly the Vexta
site would say something:

The licence holder is:

I can't say a think about the driver chips. Maybe there is a
hint inside the Vexta site, but I doubt it. I haven't done a
search on the chip's partial that Zoran mentioned and don't know
if it would be worthwhile.
