Yes, the LPKF machines use HPGL with some "extended" LPKF commands to
handle the 3 axis, and machining aspects.

P.S. The lpkf manuals are online, but "hidden". A rep from Germany
gave me a user name and password to access them (It was something
obvious like "lpkf user", but I don't remember it now). Anyway, the
info IS available.
