Hi Zoran,

dont the LPKF machines use HPGL commands?
I remembered seeing an eagle utility to drive these machines called
lpkf_drl.ulp on the Eagle PCB site

all the file description sez is
"This ULP can be used for drilling with a LPKF milling machine. "
and its at
ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/pub/userfiles/lpkf_drl.ulp
the comments at the top of the ULP say it outputs HPGL code for drilling

it might take care of the software end for you
