That is cd (change directory command) <space> /usr/local/emc (name of a
directory)
<enter> but that may not exist on your system. To find it, the easiest thing
is to enter "locate emc.run" and see what directories it pops up in.
Then, do a cd and the directory mentioned in the response from locate.
(The leading "/" tells it to start from the root of the directory.)

Again, you have to be logged in as root for EMC to work right.
