Camtronics

Well after some really helpful advice from this group I have decided
to give CNC a try. I am considring going the "roll your own" and am
consdiring going with camtronics stepper motor kit. I am a little
apprehensive about assembling the unit. Is it difficult? I have
some soldering experince from back in the R/C car racing days but
that is the extent of my knowledge. Any alternatives I should look
into? I have also looked into a Maxnc motion control kit but from
what I have read so far the 70oz motors the kit comes with would
probably be a bit on the weak side...still the price seems right :)
