Try Dolphin. It has an extensive Lathe program.

It is presently DOS and the windows version is in test now....

as a former programmer, I was impressed with what they managed to do with
their DOS program. And, if their windows Lathe progran turns out (no pun
intended) like their windows mill software, you will be quite impressed.

I have just set up an Emco Compact 5 PC with Gecko
drivers and CNC-Pro ( nice program ) for a driver
program ,( seams to be a good little machine for the
really small parts we do ) I have been doing the
G-code programs by hand but I would like something
easy to use .
I had been considering Bob Cad but after the recent
discussion I think that is out .
Are there any programs that are slanted more tward
lathe work ( they all seam to be for milling ).
