RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] Dolphin pricing, was Re: Software

How does one get a FUNCTIONAL demo of these products? I won't spend that
kind of money on ANY software that I can't test drive first. Watching a
slide show is fine, but before I spend hard earned hobby dollars for
software based on advertising hype, I am going to try it or I won't buy it.

I have tried Vector and it seems to live up to it's claims, I have Bob-CAD
and will dispose of it as soon as I crossgrade to Vector. I currently use
IntelliCAD and ACE to get the basic g-code, or just draw it up, dimension it
and write the g-code by hand. So far my project have been simple and
writing the g-code by hand has not been a problem but I have some upcoming
projects that will certainly require a CAM package to create the g-code.
