Hi Dave,

While you could certainly make the arbor (quill?) peck using a stepper
motor, what about the X,Y positioning of the part? You might be better
off working from a router design, unless you are considering a
Mill/Drill. Is this task similar to drilling a PCB, or one hole in a
thousand parts? ;>)
