A "Heavy Iron" search on www.nutsvolts.com turned up two additional months -
March and May of 2001.
I'm a subscriber to Nuts & Volts and find this project fascinating. I was
going to try and build one until I saw the pricing on some of the raw stock!
Needless to say, I now own a complete CNC Taig mill. If you're more
interested in the building of it rather than just wanting a machine, the
articles are extremely well written.
The November issue doesn't have any new info - mostly corrections to
diagrams in previous articles. This is a work in progess and Robert is
doing more building than writing right now and the articles will resume in
Jan '02.
If you're interested at all in electronics, you can't beat the content of
N&V - lots of practical stuff and projects - they had a subscription special
for you and your friend for a whole year (12 issues) for $19 (I don't know
if it's still going on). That's less than $1 an issue. I'm starting to
sound like a Sports Illustrated commercial so I'm signing off...
