X Y table (was Re: how the heck to peck)

I had a sample copy of Nuts/Volts sent to me awhile ago, Sept-2001. I
went back and had a look to see what this "Heavy Metal" project was
about. A milling machine. I am interested in building such a beast.
I tried searching Nuts/Volts site for the "Heavy Metal" project and
seen a few ref. to it going back to Feb-2001, but I don't know when it
started and if it ran in all the issues to present.

I was going to grab the back issues but wanted to make sure I just
ordered the issues on the "Heavy Metal" project. Anybody have a idea
as to what issues have the "Heavy Metal" project in.

I came up with the list of Feb-2001, July-2001, Aug-2001, Sept-2001,
Oct-2001, Nov-2001. Am I missing any issues?
