I did a bit more searching and the table I got was from Enco on
sale for $99.95. If you go to their website www.use-enco.com and
click on the Hot Deals catalog, click on "Machinery" and click
on "Enco H/D Mill/Drill Table" you'll get the following PDF file:

The table is on sale for $119.95. Normal price is $189.95.

I'm still looking for the name of the guy who was also converting
one of these to CNC.
