Ahhh, I think the Hardware assist module is a black box timer. It is
really what I was curious about. 90,000 PPS from windows seemed an fantastic
accomplishment and I was very curious about how it was done. I think the
Dongle is the answer, it is probably like the rutex box, a pulse timer.
