Having used both methods, I like a joystick for a larger Flatbed machine.
that can be a lot of "crankin' to get where you want especially "single axis
at a time", like you point out. Where I really like the handwheel is only
when I am setting part Zero. Slow and Controlled.

So, Now I guess the Black Box should be made so BOTH methods can be applied,
switching between the two with a toggle switch.
