trim router( wasRe: Linear rail & ball screw size suggestions

I am currently working on a small router table, 36" long x 18" wide
to have a working area of 16"x 12" AFTER I figured out that the
largest roter blade I will be using will be a 1/2 inch. Sliding
table.

I laid out for the HF $20 trim router, the Dewalt and the Makita.
then bought the $20 unit. I was fortunate enought to read a lot of
posts before I got too far along. (thanks group)

Funny how I went from a 4'x8' plasma cutter to a router table.
seems I guessed the cutting method before I figured out my needs.

The Plasma cutter is in the future just around the corner.
