Good points! I am aware of the dangers of these materials. Thanks for the
clues (LPKF & T-Tech) I got some ideas from their web sites. I'm hoping to
come up with a decent dust collection system for less than the $1000
Nilfisk. Maybe a fully enclosed system will be easier to control? One of
the problems I encounter when cutting these materials over 2mm thick is the
dust gums up in the slot and does not extract well. This is using FRP type
cutters on a milling machine. I might try a small steam of air at the base
of the cutter....
