Since you'vwe mentioned the glass fibres and graphite... Be sure your
vacuum system has either a VERY fine "capture" capability, and/or is
located away from humans and animals... The typical vacuum used with
the commercial tabletop pcb miller/drills (LPKF and T-Tech) is an 850
dollar Nilfilsk. You really don't want to be breathing a mix of
epoxy, graphite, and glass fibres! A HEPA filter on the "output" of
your shopvac "may" work; but be aware of the safety risks involved in
your chosen materials.

And graphite has plagued many first time machine designers. It is
conductive, and very rough on machinery/bearings when combined with
the epoxy/glass. Be sure to keep it out of your electricals!
