Unreal... How rediculous is that ? It's generic CNC "Information" that no-one makes any formidable money on anyhow. This stuff really erks me. Sheeez, they should go out and worry about REAL
problems to mess with.

Forget selling them then,... Give them away and ask for a PayPal donation to cover "Shipping" costs. Its not like it was some multi million dollar dream anyhow, but, more along the lines of a really
nice "service". People may reflect their "appreciation" to cover shipping costs even more so than the price they were going to charge.

Depending on WHO the complaint is from, (I'd bet it's not from anyone who operates as a company that thought they were giving some super special information) I'd consider Selling them anyhow, And
let them hire a bunch of lawyers (read - spend $$$). All they can ask you to do is to "Stop" doing it. Even then if you do not, They have to spend some real bucks to take things to the next level.
I'd defend myself in front of the judge at that point and not spend a dime. Judge will either throw it out or tell you to stop. Whoopee. At least one didn't spend any money in defense.

I'm not sure that any real copywritten issues in this regard would ever stand up in court. It is a lot different than the newsgroup "Slander" cases we've heard about.

If this was litigated and the complainant won, everything ever written in an NG would then be Copywritten ?? Baloney. It would never hold up.
