yielded a list of files? / program?

eg:Startup programs

Adobe Gamma Loader.exe
AGSatellite.exe
etc. etc.

If for example, I want to disable Adobe Gamma Loader do I delete this
file, or is it that I need to edit some configuration file, etc?
