Cam track help!

Morning all!,
Can anyone help me ,i need to machine a double sine wave around a
1.630 dia tube. I am using Featurecam 5 and cncpro on my 4 axis
mill . I just cannot seem to be able to produce the nc code to do it.
The groove (slot?) needs to be .375 wide and .312 deep with a pitch
of .680, who can show/tell me how to do it ?
