The full wave height is 0.680 which is the stroke of the Cam-Axial engine.
I changed the amplitude value to 0.34 which gave me a first value of
0.005933818 verses 0.000207119 calculated by Brayton Paul in the original
design. The other thing I just noticed is that the entire table provided in
the original design is positive numbers meaning the entire sine wave ranges
between 0.0 and +0.680. I suppose it really doesn't matter as long as the
sine waves are pretty close in shape so that the piston will travel
correctly.
This does make for a interesting engine, this brings a whole new definition
to the term two stroke. This thing will produce two power pulses per
revolution of the crank shaft since the sine wave has two peaks and two
valley's per 360 degrees of rotation.
