John,

I do not know where on the cycle your spreadsheet starts. All I can tell
you is that the formula for a 2 period sine wave with a specific amplitude
is not open for interpretation, so that part of the equation must be
identical between my method and the method in your resource.

Since I have no idea where your resource has set his origin, then we will
forever be comparing apples to oranges. Since the numbers you have provided
are not referenced to a formula, it will not be possible for me to reconcile
the differences. I however, have 100% confidence in my calculated values.

I do not have time today to figure out the formula for your numbers, but I
may have time in the next several. Hope this helps somewhat.
