Alan,
You just copy the first cell down the entire length of the array. All I did
was enter the first line in each column and then copied the formula down.
It took less than 10 minutes to create the entire spreadsheet, including the
graph. If you have a real copy of Excel, then go through the manual and
look at the examples. If you have a "fake" copy of Excel then use the help
menus. It can do anything you can think of, and this is not because you
cannot think of a lot to do. It is a VERY good program, no matter what
prejudices people have against Microsoft.
