There is only one small quirk that I have found in the 2-12 version
of the BDI. Others tell me that they don't see it, so it may be somthing
that I have done. It has to do with successive 90 degree arc segments
and shows up as a momentary slowdown between the segments.
I would not go with RH 5.2 as it is so old that a lot of newer hardware
is not supported by it, and other reasons. I think the standard BDI,
at least, is pretty stable, and not too far out of date.

look there. It is where the user documentation is.
