Home cnc project

I am down to the last few items to finish up my desktop cnc project.
I need to decide on a mill head. I plan to be cutting mainly wood,
but may also want to machine some aluminum. (small cuts).

I need suggestions what type of motor / tool holder are good for
this. I want to run tools about 1/4" diameter range. (ball end mills
etc)

I may go with two motors and switch them over as necessary. (Wood
cutting speeds being so much higher then metal) Any suggestion for a
motor to cut either would be helpful. The weight is a concern. Light
as possible.
