I'll take a stab at this, but am by no means an authority.

The board is similar to what the G2002 project will do. You can probably
get a better idea by looking at on one of the sample projects using the
DeskWinNC controller and it's associated .dll at
http://www.deskam.com/DeskWinAPI.html

From a quick look it seems that you could use any G-code interpreter you
want.
