Thanks, that's what I wanted to hear! I perused Tim's web site for the
"hard-way install" and concluded that it's a formidable task. I have some
background in UNIX systems and would like to try it sometime, but the BDI
seems the way to go for the time being.

How does EMC handle long streams of cutting data? Can it command non-stop
motion continuously from the hard drive or just the physical memory? I
can't seem to find any specifics on how EMC handles long programs.
