RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] windows or dos based NC software

Actually, there are a few 'Free DOS' clones available on the web and, I
believe, that you can still download DR-DOS as well. While I doubt that the
DOS market will completely dry up, I believe that it will continue to become
less significant as time continues. Perhaps when computers that provide real
serial or parallel printer ports are no longer available, DOS will have to
evolve to support USB ports, if it already doesn't.

That being said, most everyone is moving to a multitasking environment, be
it Windows or something else.
