There is at least one recycling facility. you send them your old
dielectric and they send you refurbished. they claim that the
refurbished stuff meets or exceeds the origional.

since one of our problems in home shops is chemicals, I though this
post would be useful.

if you have questions, contact me off list, as I don't want to get
