If you can spend a little bit of money on it just go to
http://www.cnconabudget.com and order one of Paul's Instant Z Axis along
with the Universal Router Holder and be done with it. I have not used
this part, but I have purchased his PCB spindle (a great buy and perfect
for engraving) and his Taig mount (another great value). His workmanship
is excellent. My only complaint is that he does not accept any
electronic payment so you have to send a check. Not a problem, but I'm
lazy and prefer PayPal or credit card.
