Interesting. I recently had to add a couple setscrews to a guide to
get rid of the play. I drilled and tapped and used nylon screws.

Seems to be working.

For a larger section, I was thinking of putting asmall ball in the
hole, putting in a screw and pressure forming the nylon, then
releasing the pressure and snugging to a slip fit.
